Making your Payment

All our prices on the website are in sterling (gbp) and are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate of 20% where applicable,as from 4th January 2011 You can pay through our secure internet payment system or by sending a cheque made payable to Fosters of Thrybergh Ltd. If you are unsure about giving card details on line you can Phone your order through on our sales line on 01709 820293 between 10.30 and 4.30 pm seven days a week. Please remember cheques take 10 days to clear and goods will only be despatched when it has cleared. Goods will remain our property until payment is recieved in full.

Shipping and Handling

Delivery of Bikes to the Mainland U.K is free (except to some areas, such as the Scottish Highlands) All bikes and any accompanying P&A will be shipped FOC. P&P for Parts and Accessories starts from £3.00; add items to your shopping cart to see actual costs (UK ONLY) Some small items may be sent via royal mail and as such a lower carriage option may apply. Our aim on bikes is to have the product delivered within 7 working days, small items we would try to ensure from 3 working days. In the unfortunate event of the delivery being delayed or out of stock we will contact you by email with an estimation of when the product/order will be available. All Deliveries must be signed for and dated. We ask for you to check the product for damage and incomplete items within 24 hours so we can report this to the courier. Delivery address must be the same as the customers card details address

Your privacy

For specific information regarding our privacy policy, please refer to the Privacy Policy page If you decide to buy from Fosters, your details will not be passed on to any third party, with the exception of the delivery address to the courier.

Back Orders

As soon as your order has been recieved by Fosters, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is for your peace of mind. In the event that your required item is not in stock, you will be informed by email with the estimated time of any delay.

Returns

You have the right to return the item to Fosters within 21 days of purchase.We will accept products for return providing they are unopened and in their original condition. We must be Emailed first for a Returns Authorisation number, which we will forward on to you.This must be marked clearly on the outside of the package being returned to us , as items not marked will regretably be refused, and returned to the customer until such time as these conditions have been met. The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer EXCEPT where we have made a mistake by delivering incorrect items. The refund will be made within 21 days of Fosters recieving the goods minus the cost of any transport costs incurred by us. We advise customers to use recorded/signed for and insured delivery service to return products as the goods remain the customers responsibility until received in a satisfactory condition by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty

Our Products all carry a manufacturers warranty. It should explain in the handbook or reciept the duration of this warranty.For most products , in the case of manufacturing defects the parts will be replaced free of charge. We do not accept the cost of transporting the product to an authorised dealer. Items classed as wearable will not be covered by warranty( ie cables,tyres,tubes,batteries and bulbs, brake shoes). Bikes are not indestructable,taking part in off road use, stunting, neglect and improper use will not be covered by warranty and taking part in such is entirely at the ownwers risk This guarantee does not affect your stautory rights

General Statement

All bikes suppied via the internet will be supplied in a boxed carton in an unassembled condition.These require assembly by a competent or qualified person. In the instance of customers wishing to collect their goods from our retail premises , they can be assembled and P.D.I'd free of charge We can also build and PDI the bikes free of charge and deliver free within a 25 mile radius of the shop. The only exceptions to this are bikes from our budget range, which we normally supply boxed unassembled, but they can be setup for a one off fee of £25.00 and delivered free within this radius, or reserved online and collected from the shop. As with all images and descriptions they may differ to the product recieved. Please check with us for any specification queries you may have. We reserve the right that changes are made to products as a course of continuous improvement and some are beyond our control, in all cases errors and omissions excepted.
